Our refund policy is valid for 3 days from the day you receive your order
This applies for our Website orders only. If it has passed 3 days, refunds will no longer be provided.
To be eligible for a refund, customer must be able to provide receipt or proof of purchase (photo) evidence that their item is spoiled or missing for further arrangement.
Customers will ONLY receive their refunds via e-voucher within the agree timeframe with our customer service.
Customers who utilised a voucher in their previous purchase or partial item damage, will receive a prorated amount subjected to individual cases.
Any scracted,blemished,or broken items are not eligible for an exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment
Fruit Replacements/ Exchange:
If your order has an item that is not available in stock, FRUITNATURE reserves the right to exchange to the equivalence or higher fruits as the replacement.
This auto replacement policy applies to fruit boxes or fruit baskets
