Japanese black grapes, Fuji no Kagayaki Grapes (Black Shine Muscat). It was invented by Mr.Tomio Shimura.
This black grape variety has large fruits. You can eat the whole shell. The skin is thinner than other black grape varieties. The texture is crispy on the outside and jelly on the inside, similar to the green Shine Muscat variety. It has a strong aroma similar to berry aroma, seedless, sweet taste, about 17 brix (the highest sweetness measured is about 30 brix )
